Biography

Professor Boudrias completed a Ph.D. (research and intervention) in 2005. He is a full professor at the University of Montreal since 2015. He supervised or co-supervised the work of 16 doctoral students that worked in his research groups over years. His research interests cover many topics, including employee empowerment, feedback following competency assessment, continuous improvement, different forms of leadership, psychological health and performance, as well as human resources issues (e.g., work design, competencies) emerging from the introduction of artificial intelligence in work settings. He authored or co-authored more than 110 publications in career. He published in outlets such as Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology and Journal of Business Ethics.
