Biography

Director of Protehus – Psychological Research on Technology and Human Synergy.

She is Full Professor, director of the postgraduate program in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bordeaux and member of the Laboratoire de Psychologie EA4139 at the same university. Her research lines are focused on the learning process at work, innovation, transformation and the impact of emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning, etc.) on organizations.

She is currently principal investigator of the Research Project “L’homme acteur des transformations des Usines du Futur” funded by The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region in France. Likewise, she is scientific supervisor of a Postdoctoral researcher funded by European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action) and director of doctoral students who conduct their research projects in Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain.
